How DShario works
A quick guide to sharing the right information safely.
1. Create your cardAdd the professional and contact information you want to use. Your Bangla name is optional; other information stays as you enter it.
2. Choose a privacy viewProfessional, Business, Social or Full controls what the recipient can see.
3. Choose how to shareMy DShario Link is your permanent card address. Temporary Share lasts 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days and can be revoked early.
4. Add PDFs to Temporary ShareAdd an optional message and upload up to 2 PDFs, maximum 2 MB each. The message and PDFs stay available only while the Temporary Share is valid. Expiry or revocation stops future DShario access, but cannot remove a copy already downloaded by the recipient.
5. Share, QR and downloadSend a link or QR. You can also download a digital-card image; its QR returns to the live DShario card.
6. Save a received DSharioFrom a permanent or valid Temporary Share, choose Save to My Connections. If sign-in is required, DShario returns to the received card and completes the save. Once saved, View in My Connections becomes the single navigation action and opens your saved connections directly.
7. Exchange with my DSharioA DShario member can sign in, choose the privacy view they want to send, and exchange their existing DShario with the sender. People who do not use DShario can use the separate contact-return option when it is available.
8. My Connections and historyOne sender appears as one active connection. Saving a newer view from the same sender makes it the current saved card. Earlier cards remain only as a lightweight history trace, without keeping the old card details. Received and Saved date/time help you track when the connection happened.
9. Temporary Share expiry and revocationWhen a Temporary Share expires or is revoked, its live card actions and temporary details are no longer available. A searchable history trace may remain. If the same sender is later saved through a permanent link, that permanent card becomes the active connection.
10. English and BanglaThe language switch translates DShario interface and card labels. User-entered names, titles, companies, links and other content remain as entered.
DShario Terms of Use

These Terms apply when you access or use the DShario prototype. By creating an account or using DShario, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. About DShario
DShario is an early-stage digital identity and contact-sharing prototype. It lets users create a card, choose what to share, create permanent or temporary links, exchange contact details, download a digital-card image and, for Temporary Share, optionally share limited PDF documents. Features and limits may change during testing.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and take responsibility for activity through your account. DShario is intended for professional and adult networking and is not designed for children.
3. Your card, privacy views and sharing choices
You control the information you add and the privacy view you choose. My DShario Link is intended as a permanent personal card address. Temporary Share can expire after the selected period and can be revoked early. Anyone who receives accessible information may still copy, save, screenshot or forward it, so only share information appropriate for the recipient.
4. Contact exchange
A recipient may voluntarily send selected contact details back to a card owner. The owner may save those details to their phone. Received Contacts is intended as a temporary DShario inbox and is subject to prototype limits. Users must use received contact information lawfully and respectfully and must not use it for unsolicited or unlawful communications.
5. PDF document sharing
PDF documents are available only with Temporary Share and are subject to displayed file-number and file-size limits. You must have the right to upload and share every document. Do not upload malware, unlawful material, confidential material you are not authorised to disclose, or highly sensitive information. Revoking or expiring a Temporary Share stops future access through DShario, but cannot delete a copy that a recipient already downloaded, copied or stored.
6. Your responsibility for content
You must only upload or publish information, photographs, logos, documents, links and other material that you own or have permission to use. You must not impersonate another person, misrepresent an affiliation, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or publish another person's personal information without appropriate authority or permission.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use DShario for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harassing or harmful purposes; distribute malware or malicious links/files; attempt unauthorised access; interfere with the service; scrape or misuse personal information; or use DShario in a way that infringes another person's rights.
8. Prototype availability and limits
DShario is a developing prototype. Features, storage limits and availability may change. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Users should keep their own copies of important information and documents.
9. Third-party services and links
DShario relies on third-party infrastructure, including Supabase and website-hosting services, and may link to external social networks and websites. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. DShario does not control external websites or what recipients do with information after they lawfully receive or download it.
10. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you provide. You give DShario permission to process, store and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide the features you request. DShario branding, interface and original service materials remain the property of their respective owner(s).
11. Deletion and account-related information
The prototype allows users to edit their card and provides a Delete Card function. Received contacts can also be deleted from the owner's temporary inbox. Deleting or revoking information in DShario cannot recall copies already saved by recipients. Contact DShario through its official LinkedIn Page for account-related assistance until a dedicated support address is established.
12. Legal rights and liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law protections. To the extent permitted by law, DShario is not responsible for loss caused solely by information a user chooses to share, a recipient's independent handling of received information, or an external service outside DShario's control.
13. Suspension and misuse
Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or respond to a serious breach of these Terms.
14. Changes
These Terms may be updated as DShario develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date and publishing the revised Terms, with reasonable notice where practicable.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in South Australia, Australia, subject to mandatory rights or laws that apply to a user in another jurisdiction.

DShario Privacy Policy

DShario is currently a prototype digital identity and contact-sharing service. This policy describes the information handled by the current prototype and how it is used.
1. Information we handle
Depending on the features you use, DShario may handle account and authentication information; card information such as name, optional Bangla name, title, organisation, introduction, location, website, phone, email, WhatsApp, social links, profile image and card appearance; privacy-view and share-link settings; temporary-share tokens, expiry, revocation and optional message information; PDF documents you choose to upload for Temporary Share; DShario connections you choose to save; connection-view status used to show a simple “DShario updated” indicator; and contact details voluntarily submitted through Contact Exchange.
2. Why we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, create and store cards, apply selected privacy views, generate permanent and temporary sharing experiences, provide QR and digital-card downloads, provide Temporary Share messages and documents, save user-requested DShario connections, show a simple update indicator when a saved user changes their card, deliver contact exchanges to the intended card owner, maintain basic service security and operate and improve the prototype.
3. Sharing and recipient access
DShario is designed for user-directed sharing. A card owner chooses what information to enter, which privacy view to use and whether to create a permanent or temporary share. Recipients may be able to view, copy, save, screenshot or forward information that has been shared with them. A temporary link's expiry or revocation prevents future access through DShario but cannot recall information or documents already downloaded or copied by a recipient.
4. My Connections
Signed-in DShario users may choose to save another DShario user in My Connections. A saved permanent connection can point to the sender’s current DShario information for the saved privacy view. DShario may indicate that the card has been updated since it was last viewed, without providing a full change history. A Temporary Share connection may remain identifiable after expiry or revocation, but the temporary message, documents and temporary-share access are no longer available through DShario.
5. Contact Exchange and Received Contacts
When a recipient chooses to send contact details back, those details are provided to the relevant card owner and stored in the owner's Received Contacts area subject to prototype limits. The owner can save a contact to their phone and delete it from DShario. DShario does not currently treat Received Contacts as a permanent address book.
6. Temporary messages and documents
An optional sender message and PDF documents are available only through Temporary Share. The message may appear as an initial popup and remains readable on the receiver interface while that Temporary Share is valid. PDF documents are optional and are available only through Temporary Share. Current prototype limits are displayed in the interface. Access through DShario follows the associated temporary link's validity. Users should avoid uploading highly sensitive documents and should understand that a recipient may retain a downloaded copy.
6. Service providers and storage
DShario currently uses Supabase for authentication and backend database/storage functions and uses website-hosting infrastructure to deliver the application. These providers may process technical and account/service information as necessary to provide their services. QR generation in the current DShario build is performed within the application rather than by sending the card URL to a separate QR-code service.
7. Overseas processing
Service providers may process or store information outside Australia or the user's country. Because DShario remains a prototype and its production infrastructure is not final, we do not currently promise a particular data-residency location. This section should be updated when production hosting and data locations are finalised.
8. Security
DShario uses access controls appropriate to the current prototype, including authenticated ownership controls and database access policies. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Use a strong unique password, choose privacy views carefully and avoid sharing highly sensitive information through a digital card.
9. Access, correction and deletion
Users can sign in to review and update their card, delete their card, and delete received contacts from the DShario inbox. Some account or backend information may require assistance to access or delete. Contact DShario through its official LinkedIn Page until a dedicated privacy contact is established. Deletion from DShario does not delete copies previously saved by another person.
10. Retention
Card and account-related information is retained while needed to provide the service or until deleted where the prototype provides deletion controls, subject to legitimate operational, security or legal needs. Temporary-share access follows its expiry or revocation status. Received Contacts is intended to be temporary rather than a permanent contact archive. Retention rules should be made more specific before commercial launch.
11. Language
The English/Bangla switch translates DShario interface text and card labels. Except for an optional alternate Bangla name, user-entered content is generally displayed as entered and is not represented as automatically translated.
12. Children and sensitive information
DShario is intended for professional and adult networking and is not designed for children. Do not use card fields or document sharing for passwords, payment credentials, government identifiers, health information or other highly sensitive information unless a future DShario feature expressly supports that category with appropriate safeguards.
13. Privacy questions and complaints
For a privacy question, correction/deletion request or complaint, contact DShario through its official LinkedIn Page. A dedicated privacy email and formal request process should be established before commercial launch.
14. Applicable privacy requirements
DShario is being developed in Australia and may be used in other countries. Privacy obligations can depend on where DShario operates and where users are located. The policy and operational practices must be reviewed against applicable law before commercial launch in each target market.
15. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as DShario's features, providers and information-handling practices change. The current version and update date will be published here.
